My name is Kara! I am the owner of Whole Health Massage, a Georgia native who wants to bring awareness and help families in my community. I started in the massage world before having my children. After dealing with horrible pains during both pregnancies, I really understood how necessary it is to invest in your bodies health. After my children's diagnosis, I also struggled with finding any type of touch therapy in our area for children. Whether location being the issue, or price, it seemed that affordable care anywhere near us was just not an option. And I knew what I needed to do. I  want to make that available for other families in our community.

          

I graduated from Gwinnett College's Massage Therapy program with a diploma and a certification in Neuromuscular Therapy in 2022. I am certified in clinical and medical massage therapies with formal training in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Chair Massage, Reflexology, and Sports Massage. I am certified in Pediatric massage, and Touch therapy for autism through the LIDDLE KIDZ Foundation, the industry leader, and gold standard for pediatric touch therapy education.

My goal is to bring awareness to the need of self-care, regardless of age.
